UC Davis Announces UC Fire Violence Research Center's New Grant Programs

On January 30, 2020, UC Davis Health News annoucenced on behalf of UC Firearm Violence Research Center (UCFC) that they are awarding research grants to Investigators at California public universities. The purpose of the two requests for proposals is to explore new knowledge about firearm violence and its prevention. One request for proposal is a small grants program in support of work to be conducted over one year with awards up to $10,000. In addition to the small grants, UCFC is supporting large grants that are long-term projects with awards up to $75,000.  The deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, May 1, 2020.
