Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research & Executive Director for UCLA Grand Challenges Michelle Popowitz Shares Campus Resources for Finding Funding for Research and Creative Activities

On February 26, 2020, Michelle Popowitz (assistant vice chancellor for research & executive director for UCLA Grand Challenges) shared a BruinPost regarding the research resources and processes that the Research Enhancement Office (REO) offers the UCLA community. The REO's services are designed to foster awareness about various funding opportunities. Services include: coordinating limited submission funding opportunities; publishing newsletters organized by school/division that are sent monthly to campus subscribers; providing access to SPIN funding opportunity database; and access the internal funding mechanism portal - a centralized searchable listing of a range of funding opportunities sponsored by UCLA and/or other University of California units.

For more information, please refer to the BruinPost. To learn about more research resources from both REO and other campus units, please visit the REO website. Please contact the Research Enhancement Office at reo@conet.ucla.edu if you have questions or feedback. Please also note that the Transdisciplinary Research Acceleration Grants offered through our office are due on Monday, March 2, 2020.
