Research Enhancement Office
The UCLA Research Enhancement Office (REO) is a small team within the Office of Research & Creative Activities (ORCA) focused on a dynamic portfolio of initiatives designed to foster research and creative activities at UCLA. To date, these initiatives have focused on building capacity for attaining extramural funding. Activities conducted within the Research Enhancement Office include:
- Facilitating access to funding opportunities from both internal and external sources
- Administering the campus-wide Limited Submission Opportunity (LSO) process
- Developing and implementing internal funding programs, many in collaboration with campus partners in response to UCLA priorities
