On October 8, 2013, Vice Chancellor Economou sent a BruinPost to all employees to advise them of the status of the new governance structure for the Office of Intellectual Property and Industry Sponsored Research. The notice provided information about the Chancellor's Oversight Committee, the Board of Directors and the Nominating Committee formed to identify the Board of Directors.
