UCLA Congo Basin Institute receives W.K. Kellogg Foundation Community Engagement Scholarship Award

On June 22, 2021 Vice Chancellor for Research and Creative Activities Roger M. Wakimoto announced via a BruinPost that the UCLA Congo Basin Institute (CBI) has received one of four W.K. Kellogg Foundation Community Engagement Scholarship Awards, given annually by the
Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities and the Engagement Scholarship Consortium in collaboration with the W.K. Kellogg
Foundation.

This award is particularly significant as it acknowledges UCLA’s commitment to community-engaged scholarship both in the region of Los Angeles and beyond, extending to sustained and reciprocal relationships with global communities and institutions. See BruinPost for more details.
