On June 7, 2022, Vice Chancellor for Research and Creative Activities Roger M. Wakimoto announced that the UCLA Policy 909: Requirement to Submit Proposals and to Receive Awards for Grants and Contracts through the University has been codified in UCLA's Administrative Policies and Procedures (APP).
