The UCLA Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is hosting a town hall for the Therapeutic Antibody Laboratory (TAL) on April 2, 2019 titled Advancing New Biological Insights to Create Clinic-Ready Drugs. Town Hall attendees will hear from TAL Director, Dr. Peter Bowers, and TAL faculty, Dr. Bill Boyle, and have the opportunity to:
- Meet faculty with industry experience
- Understand biologic/antibody markets and drug attributes
- Information on biologic drug discovery in academia
- Learn approaches to antibody drug discovery
- Assistance with business analysis and commercialization
- Facilitate lead candidate selection and pre-clinical activities
