Town Hall with Robert Daly – “Tariffs, Technology & Trains: Lessons from the First Phase of U.S.-China Rivalry”

After 40 years of engagement, the U.S. and China find themselves competing to shape security architectures, trade and investment regimes, technology markets and standards, and rules and values systems worldwide. Robert Daly, director of the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars, will lead a discussion on how both the U.S. and China will have to change in order to manage the competition.
