Educational Innovation Grants

Educational Innovation Grants are designed to elevate teaching by equipping instructors of record with resources and support to enhance their teaching practices and advance innovative, engaging, and equitable instructional approaches.   • Tier 1: Seed Grants
    • Primary Goal:  Support small-scale, short-term projects that augment instruction
  • Tier 2: Sandbox Grants
    • Primary Goal: Support modest, instructor-initiated projects that improve teaching practices and curriculum.
  • Tier 3: Catalyst Grants
    • Support instructor-initiated course interventions that advance teaching practices, curriculum, and pedagogical research and inspire new ways of engaging students
  • Tier 4: Transformation Grants
    • Support academic units in pursuing larger-scale educational innovations that promote  student exploration, creativity, engagement, discovery, and success.
